Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about me. I’m
excited to have the opportunity to learn about you.
Growing up, I was always trying to fix things. From the neighbor’s skateboard and broken hockey nets to the jammed sliding glass door. Of course, that was the fun stuff that got in the way of my friends and I having a good time, but it transformed into so much more. I remember my first, real taste of home improvement, and it came when I was a young teen. My parents purchased a stack of 4×8 grey and orange ceramic tiles, and a family friend agreed to install them. Little did I know that my unsolicited help was promised and that my pride for the work I did would grow.
Learning to mix and spread thin set, align and level tiles, grout and clean up, I was hooked. One evening, I was surprised to hear “Alright, Ryan. I’m headed out for the evening. Lay those last two rows and we will finish tomorrow.” And away he went. I still remember the confidence he had in me and I still remember the beautiful tile floor my family and I lived on for years after. I was proud that I could provide a beautiful representation of something I loved that was an elemental function for our lives.
Since then, I’ve utilized my hands for a multitude of projects, ranging from small to extensive projects. Most recently, I completed a substantial finishing project that involved framing, electrical work, plumbing, decking, window installation, siding, and more. Additionally, the recent trends in the housing market have presented me with many opportunities to perform personal home inspections. My attention to detail, along with the abundance of personal opportunities, as well as, friends, and family, motivated me to complete my Home Inspection Certification. Engaging in inspections also allowed me to tackle requested repairs, reigniting my passion for the Handyman world.
I love the work but, the relationships I build with my clients and the improvements we make to your homes are why I do this.
Reasons to hire a Pro Handyman instead of doing it yourself (DIY).
1. Don’t hire a Professional Handyman.
Why would I say don’t hire a Handyman? If you can DIY projects around your home, get amazing, professional, quality results and value spending time and energy on the To-Do list, it’s a nice reward.
2. If your DIY project didn’t go as planned.
There can be many variables that arise on a seemingly “straight-forward” home project. A Handyman is build for this. Whether you run out of time or just can’t sort out how this goes with that, this is where bringing in a Pro Handyman is helpful.
3. If you are not a DIYer.
Maybe you’re a rockstar mother. Maybe you can run circles around your peers on that Excel report. Perhaps you help people with their well-being as a doctor. Whether you don’t want to DIY or don’t know how to do those things, I make sure your home is looking and running smooth as a Handyman
4. You don’t have the time.
Time is one of the most valuable assets we have and most of it is not even our own. Why spend more time trying to repair and improve another valuable asset—your home. There is a professional willing to give you time back to spend it with family or friends or relaxing with a warm cup of tea and a good book.
5. You don’t have the tools.
A 2-Piece voltage tester (Non-Contact) with GFCI outlet tool kit is not something everyone owns and to purchase one for a single project is not necessary. Let me worry about the specialty tools and you worry about what you are going to do with all this new free time.
